Georgia Economic Developers Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the members.
Participation in GEDA committees is encouraged and open to all members. The membership of some committees may be established by the GEDA bylaws. GEDA committees carry out much of the work of the Association and make recommendations to the Board.
The state of Georgia has established 12 "state service delivery regions." Regional programs and activities of GEDA will be organized consistent with these regions.
