Georgia E-Commerce survey for small businesses

Georgia Tech has designed a study aimed at learning how to best serve the needs of small businesses in rural Georgia. Please feel free to pass this link along to small businesses in your communities and encourage them to complete the survey. Questions and contact information are provided below.

This SURVEY is designed to reach an understanding of how to better serve the needs of businesses in rural Georgia, specifically concerning their use of e-commerce opportunities. This survey covers how businesses use the Internet to make and track transactions, advertise products, communicate with customers, and undertake related activities.

The results will be used to develop a curriculum for workshops aimed at addressing the priority needs and concerns of businesses related to e-commerce activities.

The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Rest assured that all comments from surveys received by mail, as well as those received electronically, will be treated anonymously.

This survey was designed by Georgia Tech’s Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI2) and sponsored by the Georgia Rural Economic Development Center (GREDC). Both EI2 and GREDC greatly appreciate your full participation.

If you have any questions about this survey, contact Dana King, Project Manager at EI2, at 404-894-0094; or Jack Bareford, Director of Economic Development at GREDC, at 478-289-2099.

When you have completed your survey, please mail to: Dana King, Project Manager Georgia Tech Enterprise Innovation Institute 760 Spring Street, NW Suite 230 – CPRS Atlanta, GA 30332
