Chevelle Wilson
Chevelle Wilson has served as Manager, Member Services for the Georgia Economic Developers Association since September 2002. In this role, she supports the daily operations of the organization, including member services, communications, financial management and general administration. Additionally, she manages GEDA programs, meetings, conferences and activities. Prior to joining GEDA, Chevelle worked for the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and has also held various Marketing and Account Management positions.
Chevelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication with emphasis in Public Relations from Valdosta State University. She completed the Conference and Meeting Management Certificate program at the University of Georgia and she also participated in and completed the inaugural Metro Atlanta class for The Georgia Academy for Economic Development. Her professional affiliations include active involvement in the Georgia Chapter of Meeting Professionals, International and the Georgia Society of Association Executives.
A native of Macon, GA, Chevelle’s interests include music and fitness. Chevelle and her husband Gus reside in Lithonia, GA
