Mike Grundmann
Since 2002, Mike has served as the Director of Marketing for Quick Start; Georgia’s internationally acclaimed training incentive program for new job creation. During the same period, Mike has also been responsible for the statewide administration of Georgia’s retraining tax credit program.
Mike served in a variety of capacities since joining Quick Start in 1993. In those roles, he developed and managed training programs for many major manufacturing and distribution operations including Pirelli, Ciba Vision, Sony Music, Amazon.com and Wal-mart.com.
Before joining Quick Start, Mike served Oglethorpe Power Corporation for six years providing site location services for the company’s economic development group. Prior to that, Mike helped start up a computer graphics firm by serving for three years as the company’s business development representative.
Mike served as the Chairman of GEDA’s Education and Workforce Development Committee in 2008 and first became a member of GEDA in 1987. Mike has a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and a BS degree in Business Administration.
Mike resides in Peachtree Corners with his wife Pam and two children, Tyler and Carly.
