Paul C. Lemke

CEO, Norma Precision Inc

Paul is the CEO of Norma Precision Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Europe’s largest small arms ammunition company: the recently acquired Ammotec Group part of Beretta Holding.   

He is a humble senior executive with a proven track record of capitalizing on business opportunities, developing teams, and achieving business goals through effective communication and negotiation. With his multilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and his global perspective, Paul is skilled in building relationships, credibility, and trust across cultures and levels

Since joining Ammotec in 2018, Paul successfully transformed the underperforming Ammotec USA into a thriving business with a 5% market share in the U.S. He led organizational development, change management, and business growth by rebuilding the management team, identifying key opportunities, relocating the business, and rationalizing the product portfolio. 


Daryl R. Ingram
Sr. Vice President & Chief External Officer, Electric Cities of Georgia
Daryl brings more than 35 years of comprehensive and multi-level experience in the not-for-profit electric utility industry at the local and state level.   He has managed the economic and community development offices previously for MEAG Power and currently ECG since 2001.He and his team work hand-in-hand with the State of Georgia Department of Economic Development and closely with ECG Communities to provide consultation and recommendations on economic and community development best practices.
Since 2009 ECG’s economic development efforts have resulted in more than 150 project announcements equating to $2.5B in investments and more than 16,500 jobs to the state of Georgia. Projects included manufacturing, office/HQ, distribution centers, data centers and retail/commercial businesses. Daryl also acts as a single point of contact with the State of Georgia on legislative and regulatory issues relative to ECG’s membership.

Trevor W. Santos
Director, Government Relations-State Affairs, National Shooting Sports Foundation

For more than a decade, Trevor W. Santos has worked in the government and public relations arena, advocating on behalf of the firearm industry, gun owners, sportsmen, and conservationists throughout the country.

He started with the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) in October 2014 and currently serves as the Director of Government Relations-State Affairs, overseeing all of NSSF’s efforts in the southeast. NSSF, the firearm industry trade association, represents more than 10,000 firearm and ammunition businesses, including manufacturers, retailers, distributors, shooting ranges, and outdoor media.

Trevor serves as the on-the-ground industry specialist, focusing on state legislation and regulations affecting the lawful commerce in firearms and ammunition products, hunting, and the shooting sports. In addition to legislative and regulatory efforts, he also manages numerous consultants and helps coordinate NSSF’s public relations efforts. 


Bret Vorhees
President and Chief Executive Officer, Taurus Holdings Inc.

Bret Vorhees is the President and CEO of Taurus USA, located in Bainbridge, GA, and a life-long leader in the firearms industry.

Bret lives in the Atlanta Area with his family and is an avid outdoorsman, combining his career path with his passion for hunting and shooting.

Cancellation, Refund, & No-Show Policy

  • A registrant who does not submit a written cancellation, or attend the event, is considered a "No-Show.” No-Shows are not eligible for refunds or credits, and are still liable for outstanding balances. Those who are ill and have a doctor’s excuse or a death in the family will be excused.
  • Substitutions will be accepted at any time.
  • There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations after the close of business (5:00 pm) seven days prior the event.
  • All cancellation requests must be received in writing (email or hard copy) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee.
  • When possible, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
  • For those who have registered and choose the bill me or pay by check option, you are still subject to the refund policy.
