Annie Baxter, First Vice President for Americas Consulting, is responsible for translating clients' business objectives into smart, executable real estate strategies. She specializes in Location Incentives and advises clients globally with site selection and economic incentive negotiations. Since joining CBRE in 2018, Annie has negotiated more than $800M in incentives representing clients on corporate headquarters, technology, data center, and manufacturing and distribution center projects. With more than 16 years of experience, she has an in depth understanding of all decisions that contribute to successful site selection.
