The purpose of this job is the management and coordination of business development, coordination and implementation of business and land development plans, procedures, and programs of the Unified Government and other related assigned duties. Minimum Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Construction Administration, Planning, Real Estate or related discipline; with four years of construction, contracting, economic development, local government planning, real estate development, project management, marketing, public relations, or related experience required; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position; and a valid driver's license. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; some weekend and evening work may be required.
