October 2025 Chair's Column

Hello and welcome to Fall! I hope you’re all enjoying the college football games and the cooler weather. If you’re cheering for Georgia Tech or Georgia, it’s definitely been a fun season to watch.

This year’s been pretty wild, right? Tariffs and shutdowns have thrown some curveballs our way. We’ve seen our industries and new construction projects struggle to handle the tariffs, and even though they create challenges, they’ve increased activity of new projects. Government facilities are facing unknowns too, so it’s been a lot to deal with.

I hope you all continue to adapt and find good solutions that we can all use. And if you think our team's experiences could help, I’m always happy to chat.

I’m looking forward to catching up with many of you at the Gala in November. If you’re heading to the board retreat, I can’t wait to see what progress and new ideas we’ll have to talk about.

Keep soaking up the Fall vibes, and start getting ready for the holidays!
