Experiential / Events Producer | Greene Staging, LLC

Responsible for: 

A producer at Greene oversees projects from concept to execution, managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and client communication to ensure seamless delivery of creative installations and events.
The Producer is responsible for the day to day communication surrounding all aspects of the project. Responsibilities include overseeing budget, timeline, and design, as well as the execution of all three.
to this end, a producer should possess the ability to clearly communicate goals and objectives internally, as well as to clients. They become the bridge between clients and Team at Greene and set realistic expectations for both parties based on information gathered from both.

Tools and Softwares used in Producer role (previous experience appreciated but not required) 

Basecamp - all internal systems
Google Drive - File storage and sheets
Dropbox - File Storage
Sketchup - Rendering and Presentation Software (basic knowledge is enough)
Canva - Presentation software

This position is hybrid remote - in the future you will be asked to come into the offices in Villa Rica on a regular bases - and some on-site / travel is required as well.
