March 2025 Chair's Column

As we all look forward to the arrival of spring, and for us in Augusta the upcoming little tournament that highlights the State of Georgia to the world, I hope all are doing well and surviving in our crazy and ever changing national and international environment.  As we have all been traveling and seeing multiple opinions and places, it always makes me smile to see the Georgia team that comes together across this planet to show a united front and to support people across our great state and our nation.  Let’s take a moment to see each other as people and to do our best to be kind and encouraging to those around us.  To my fellow economic developers, service providers, friends, and corporate partners, thank you for all you do and keep making Georgia a great place to live and do business.  I look forward to seeing so many of you at the April luncheon and at our Spring Workshop in May.  See you all soon!
